Bonded warehouse import
Bulk stock held untaxed inside China. Each order is cleared, packed and delivered as it sells.
Service
We receive your stock in Shenzhen or Hong Kong, check it, store it and ship orders as they come in. Relabeling, repacking and kitting happen in the same building. We built the warehouse system ourselves, so it reports each movement and connects to your sales channels.
You sell online from another country. Your goods sit in a building you have never visited. A count that is off by ten units means ten orders you cannot fill, or ten units you forgot you own. A slow pick means a late delivery and a refund.
A warehouse earns its fee by keeping the count right and the orders moving.
Coming in. We unload the truck, inspect the outer cartons, count the units and deal with damage and shortfalls on the spot. Each unit is scanned into the system, and the stock shows on your screen.
Going out. The system plans each order. Staff pick and pack it. A second check compares the packed weight with the expected weight before the parcel is scanned out.
In between. We remove old labels and apply new ones, repack, assemble kits, inspect for quality and print invoices. Returned stock gets the same treatment before it goes back on sale.

Our warehouse management system came from our own IT team. Two things follow for you.
It shows what the warehouse shows. Stock levels and order status update as staff scan, and the system syncs with your sales platforms so one stock count serves every channel.
It changes when you need it to. If your operation needs a step the system lacks, our developers add it.
Hong Kong is a free port. Stock held there has not entered mainland China, so it can ship to any country, or wait while you decide.
Shenzhen is next door and inside the mainland. Stock there reaches Chinese buyers by domestic courier. It is also where returned goods arrive for repair.
Holding stock in more than one place lets us ship each order from the nearer building.
Online sellers who want their Asia stock in one pair of hands: brands entering China, exporters holding returns, and sellers who ship single orders direct to buyers. For stock that should wait untaxed inside mainland China, see bonded warehouse import.
The process
We unload, check the outer cartons, count the units and report any damage or shortfall. Then each unit is scanned into stock.
Goods go to the zone that fits them: a secure area for high-value items, standard racking, or floor space for bulky cargo.
Orders reach the warehouse system from your store or platform. The system plans the picks.
We pick and pack each order, weigh it against the expected weight, and scan it out.
Parcels leave with a domestic courier, or with an international carrier for orders going abroad.
Questions
Yes. We wrote the system and we employ the developers who maintain it. It syncs with multiple sales platforms, and our team can build a connection for a channel it does not cover yet.
Remove and apply labels, repack, assemble kits and bundles, inspect for quality, and print invoices to go in the box.
Hong Kong suits stock that will ship on to other countries, or that should stay outside mainland customs until you decide where it goes. Shenzhen suits stock for delivery inside mainland China. You can split stock between the two.
Yes. We store stock for a promotion or between shipments, and we ship single orders direct to buyers for sellers who hold no stock of their own.
