When you send the quote form, we receive what you type into it: the service you need, the country the goods are in, a description of the goods, their weight if you give it, your name, your email address and your message.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs for each request to the site, such as the time, the page and the IP address. We use them to keep the site running and to stop abuse.

What we do not collect

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising trackers. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for marketing.

Why we collect it

We use the details in your quote request to answer the request and, if you become a client, to arrange your shipment. Customs filings in China require information about the shipper, the goods and the consignee. We pass on what the filing requires.

Who processes it for us

• Cloudflare hosts this website and delivers its pages.
• Resend delivers the email that carries your quote request to our team.

Your request reaches our staff in China. By sending the form you ask us to handle your details there.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for 12 months after our last contact with you. If you become a client, we keep shipment records for as long as customs and tax law in China requires.
