One direction, two kinds of cargo

Sellers who export from China end up with stock abroad that buyers returned or never bought. Webring it home, clear it as returned exports, and deliver it to the factory or to a bonded zone for repair.

Brands outside China want to reach Chinese shoppers without opening a Chinese company. Wehold their stock in bonded warehouses, clear each order through customs and deliver it.

Where we work

Shenzhen, with Hong Kong next door

Our office is in Longhua District, Shenzhen. We work from bonded facilities in Shenzhen and a warehouse in Hong Kong, and our clearance staff sit in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Guangzhou. Abroad, we collect returns at our own and partner warehouses in the United States and Japan. In Europe they are in Germany and Spain, and in the United Kingdom.

How we work

Our own systems, our own filings

We wrote our order and warehouse management systems and employ the developers who maintain them. They send customs the logistics data it needs for each e-commerce order, and they show you your stock and your parcels as staff scan them.

We file customs entries in China ourselves. When customs asks a question about your shipment, the person who answers works for us.
